What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is the treatment of people who have been affected by injury, illness or disability. Through the use of Movement, Manual Therapy, Exercise, Education and Advice, physiotherapy will facilitate your recovery from injury or assist with managing your chronic condition.
We will treat you as an individual, carrying out a detailed history taking and physical examination in order to identify your injury, draw up an appropriate treatment plan and facilitate your return to health, preventing recurrence
